John Mychael, founder, president and Senior Programmer of Swagman Systems Design Inc., brings to the company over twenty years of business and programming experience. John acquired his bachelor degree from the N.S.W. Institute of Technology in Sydney Australia, and is also a graduate of Control Data Institute in Toronto. John is a skilled programmer who possesses a solid understanding of business. He also has had extensive practical experience in the printing industry.

Diane Mychael, co-owner and Director of Administration and Business Development, is a graduate of Concordia in Montreal and and the University of Toronto. Diane brings with her over twenty years of professional and business experience, which she acquired as a hospital-based Occupational Therapist and within her own private practice. Since joining the company in 1995, she has been responsible for the implementation and participation in The E-Myth Mastery Program; a business management program designed specifically for small business.
