- I cannot log into the report for the Import Utility
- I ran the report yesterday and it gave totally different
results to the data I got today!
- What does the SSD Import Utility do?
- What is an Import Utility mapping template?
- I have an IIF file that I used to import data into Quickbooks.
Can your program accept this?
- Do you just import data into Simply Accounting?
- I have been working with a template for a year. We now want
to import extra fields. Can I just start Importing?
- What happens if I try to import an invoice for
a customer that does not yet exist? For example,a new customer account was opened and
an invoice was put through in our main system...would it kick up an error message
saying "unable to import, no account found" or something to that effect?
- We want to import data from our in-house system. It uses
a customer code as well as a customer name. Can your system handle this?
- I am interested in purchasing the SSD Import Utility for
Simply Accounting. Can you give me instructions on how to do this?

- My customer has the following tax codes setup in Simply Accounting.
Your documentation indicates that your utility is looking for characters. Does this matter?
- You had mentioned that during setup, I would run a startup utility that enables
me to map my layout to yours and designate the file name. That being said, can I assume that as long
as I populate your fields, the order of them doesn't really matter?
- What date format is your utility expecting?
- If I use a CSV format, are the field lengths an issue? What happens when my
fields are longer or shorter?
A: Simply accounting
temporarily blocked our reports access to its data because the number of people working with that database
exceeded the number of licenses available. This can also happen if someone is logged
into the database in Single-user mode.
